If you wish to include payment as cash, check or money order, then print this form and mail to H.E.R.
If you wish to order C.O.D, either print this form and mail to H.E.R., or click the email button below.

Ordering By Mail: Please print clearly your name, street address, (UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes), and phone number. Include your payment, by cashier's check, money order, or indicate C.O.D.  C.O.D. orders require 50% deposit payment.  Orders from outside the U.S.A. require special handling with additional foreign freight charges.
Personal Checks: Personal checks are accepted, but will only delay the order due to the time it takes to clear the bank. To save time, always use money orders or cashiers checks.
C.O.D. Orders: Total charges for parts, shipping and C.O.D. are due upon delivery. We require all C.O.D. orders to be paid with cash, cashiers check, or company check.
Returns: All sales are final and all returns must be approved by us beforehand. Returns are subject to a 25% RE-STOCKING CHARGE. All returned parts must be shipped prepaid and insured. Parts that have been used or changed in any way are not returnable. Custom bar grilles are not returnable. No returns after 30 days. Any damage to your order due to shipping should be reported to freight carrier at the time of delivery.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
Guarantee and Liability: All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will replace any part found to be defective, subject to our inspection and approval. Harris Engineered Reproductions is not liable for personal or property damage resulting from use, or misuse of any part we manufacture or sell.
Manufacturer's Right: We reserve the right to make changes and improvements to our products at any time, without any obligation whatsoever to install the same or improve upon products previously made.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a substantial increase in price, you will be notified by phone before the order is shipped.
